Infrared heating method, by this method, the air won't flow, It can keep high level nitrogen level in soldering part. easy to reach 30-50 PPM. High nitrogen level make the solder clean and very few dross nearly no, and for the PCB surface it's very clean, no dross on the surface, so PCB no need cleaning , no need cleaning machine, save many cost for cleaning. High nitrogen level also make the solder more few empty holes inside the solder.
